Due to the high volume of emails I now receive from people asking for help or advice with various repair problems etc. It is free advice which absorbs huge chunks of my time, I can no longer give it high priority as I can easily spend all day giving free advice and get no work done. If you are patient I will reply when I can which may be several days or even a week or two later. Spares requests and things that help me pay my bills must come first. It is not unusual for me to have flagged a 100 or so requests for information which each one can easily take me up to half an hour each to reply to, which then often results in another return email form those people requesting further information from me. I like to help every one but can not sustain lengthily ping ponging emails day in day out. Some people even get quite rattled if I don't reply within a few hours and repeat the email with half a dozen carbon copies. Well thank you, who pays your wages ?

Your calls are welcome between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm. Please don't call after 7 p.m. or on a Sunday, unless your need is really urgent or you are a personal friend etc. Unsolicited sales calls will be terminated, no financial details will given to any cold callers.

You can send a text if you wish, but don't expect a text reply. I don't do text, it takes me forever, my phone has a mind of its own and writes what it thinks. And it costs me, because the phone deal I have is for calls only.
